Brandon Buchanan Owner/Lead Agent

Brandon, is a native of West Tennessee, who has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate. After working with a large real estate company, Brandon wanted to provide his clients a more hands on personal approach to commercial real estate that a boutique firm would provide.

Buchanan Reality Group is a full service commercial real estate firm that specializes in tenant representations, investment sales and acquisitions, build to suit opportunities and landlord representation. Over the past five years, BRG has closed multiple million dollar deals across West Tennessee, North and Central Mississippi.

Brandon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds memberships in the National, Tennessee and Central West Tennessee Associations of Realtors. In 2012, he was a Horizon Award Winner. He has also been recognized as an Emerging Business Award Winner from the Lexington Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Jackson’s Finest Young Professionals.

Anthony Melton Contractor/Planner

Anthony, is a native of Jackson, who used to own an Engineering Company before joining the BRG team. His Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is from Tennessee Tech University. At BRG, his civil engineer background comes into play in site selection as well as for construction and licensing. He also consults on pricing, planning and phasing of projects in addition to overseeing maintenance staff.

Matt Wright Broker, Industrial Recruitment

Matt is from Harriman, Tennessee and has lived in Jackson for the past 30 years and is very familiar with commercial real estate in West Tennessee.

He has decades of experience in manufacturing, warehouse distribution, mergers and acquisitions giving him a unique perspective on what a client in the industrial industry needs from a property.

He received his undergraduate Industrial Engineering degree from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville and his MBA from Union University..

Stan Clampitt Broker, Leasing and Development

Stan has spent his career specializing in business negotiation and niche marketing. He now leads the company’s leasing and development sales division.

In 2008, he was selected to participate in Henderson County Leadership, a competitive program for leaders in the community.

He received his undergraduate degree from Bethel University.

Heather Witherspoon Broker

Heather Witherspoon is a Senior Marketing Consultant for Forever Communications with over 12 years of marketing experience with multi-media platforms.  She is the host of the Woman 2 Woman podcast on Radio731.com (and on ITunes & Spotify).  This award winning podcast celebrates women, their stories and their journeys.

Heather has been in West TN for 19 years.  She went through the Dale Carnegie program in 2012. She graduated from the Leadership Jackson Program through the Madison County Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Heather was a diamond recipient of the program.

She serves on the Heaven’s Cradle board as well, as the Co-Chair for the Leadership University Program.

Heather graduated from Lees-McRae College in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Child Psychology, while playing collegiate tennis.

Heather’s biggest accomplishment is her son, Lucas. She is his biggest cheerleader during each sports season.

Her marketing career steered her to expand into the Commercial Real Estate Market. She is invested in this community and wants West TN to provide the best quality of life for the residents.

Jena Buchanan Office/Property Manager

Jena is originally from Medina, Tennessee but currently lives here in Jackson.  She graduated from Jackson State Community College with an Associate Degree in Computer Science.  Her office management background has been in manufacturing, but since coming on board with Buchanan Realty Group, she has expanded her career knowledge to include commercial real estate.

Jena was introduced to commercial real estate through her son, Brandon.  Her passion is helping people achieve their goals, which makes her position extremely rewarding to her on more than just a business level..

Angela Brantley

Angela, a native of Jackson, TN, joined Buchanan Realty Group in May of 2020 in the role of assisting the primary broker with marketing, client relations, and prospecting.  She also assists with multiple tasks pertaining to property management.  She specializes in client and vendor relations, marketing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, as well as a multitude of others.  She has a great personality, exhibiting professionalism and friendliness, that make her easy to work with.

Angela has over 12 years’ experience in property management, ranging from commercial to multi-family, which she specializes in. Earning her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) Certification from the National Apartment Association back in September 2017, she brings forth a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the Multi-family industry.  

Angela also has over 5 years managing a self-storage facility, Guardian Storage, with approximately 150 storage units.  She has managed a total of 151 apartments as a multi-site property manager.  Moreover, she has managed a commercial retail strip knows as The Trademark Center, with a total of 11 units, and managed to bring into the Jackson area 2 well-known companies, Avis/Budget Rental Car and Dish Network.

With dreams of learning more on the commercial side of property management, and one day becoming a Commercial Broker, Angela knew that Buchanan Realty Group was the right fit for her for not only the present, but for the future.
